Hello guys please help me i dunno where else i could ask.

Long story short i brought mac book and it was used it had lots of stuff in it so i decided to give to my local pc repair guy to wipe it, he recon me to install windows 7 cos its more stable blablabla so i agreed. Then he called me back and said windows 7 have sound issues, he told me to buy windows 8 instead and bring macbook back to him then. Now my mac book is not in bootable condition (it gives me error everytime windows starts to load). I dont have mac dvd and dunno what to do and where else to ask. (iv made a horrible mistake i just want my mac os back thats the reason i brought it)

this is what i managed to find out thanks to google
My model is A1342
i have no idea what firmware i had.
when i hold Option Key and click on EFI Boot windows trys to load after couple of second error pops up (windows installation cannot proceed. To install windows, click ok to restart the computer, and then restart the installation)
When i hold Command + R on startup nothing happens.

Is there any hope to get my mac os back? Thanks in advance

of course, forget about windows and install the mac osx, buy snow leopard from apple com or internet recovery(press option while booting)
