I changed startup disk from hard drive to CDrom and now can't go back, since there's no bios. Tried holding down alt/option,and "D" it doesn't work with 2 keyboards (macally& new apple) for my core2duo mac mini.

How can I boot it up to hard drive with OS 10.7? Normally I'd use a recovery CD but there's none.

Holding option is the proper method. If those keyboards are wireless, you have to make sure to hit it during the "butter zone" right when the grey screen first appears, but well before the Apple logo shows up. Too early and the system doesn't recognize the keyboard yet; too late and it's already moved on the boot source.

You can also try zapping NVRAM (formerly known as PRAM). Hold Apple-Option-P-R during startup. Same rules apply there.
