Need help configuring Mail auto-reply rule

I'm trying to create a rule where if in the body of an incoming email it says "Your Upcoming Appointment" it sends an auto reply with a message. But for some reason it's not working. Can someone take a look at my Rule and let me know what I'm doing wrong.
