need help creating a dvd from Avi file

Ok here is the situation. I created a avi file from a DVD that was in PAL (European) format. I have Aimersoft DVD Creator and want to write this to a DVD in American format. I have the times where the menu should pointing to.

My problem is how on earth do I make the menu out of the avi file if I have the times?
