iPod touch need help customizing 1.1.4!!!

I saw these amazing videos of i-piano and other crazy musical apps on youtube.......... can anyone tell me how to install such apps on my already jail broken 1.1.4?????

I've had problems with getting the Piano, and the Drum apps working on my iPod also.
