need help cydia crash a way to delete app

Is there away to delete an app from cydia without cydia because every time i go to cydia and scoll to the app it crashes. in cydia the app i what to remove is scrollingboard I would appreciate some advice because im a newbie at this please the phone is ssh and i have ifile and terminals it crashes and it send me to my home screen

I didn't quiet understand if your cydia works at all but if it does you could get cydelete and you can delete apps like regular apps from the app store

thank you i have cydelete but the app is scrollingboad it has no icon. just downloaded icy and deleted with that it did the trick thanks.
