Need Help Deleting a Program (X3 Watch)

So, I have this program on my Macbook, X3 Watch. It's an online accountability thing my rents' put on there. It doesnt block anything, it simply emails them a list of questionable sites I've been to. You can check the program out at http://x3watch.com/. Anyway, I want to delete it or find a way around it. I know it will send an email if disabled though. Any ideas?

Can't you use AppZapper or something like that to kill it completely?
