Need help downloading iphone SDK

Hi,
I have been trying to download the iphone SDK (2.3.1) of 1.38 GB. I have downloaded the file 5 times already. Everytime after the download is done, it says "disk image failed to mount - error -4960".

One one forum,I read that for people outside USA, a corrupted file is cached and that is what they keep on downloading.

I think if some member who is in USA can be generous to download the iphone SDK (free and available at http://developer.apple.com/iphone/program/download.html) and load it onto rapidshare, I can download it from there.
