Need Help Editing a PSD Off Deviant Art

Hello,
I was recently browsing Deviant Art and found this PSD; http://manicho.deviantart.com/art/DVD-Plastic-Case-PSD-file-86546288

I am trying to redo my iTunes movie collection artwork, and this template is perfect, but the problem is, I have absolutely no idea what I am doing. How do I go about editing the right layers in photoshop to change the image? Any help?

I almost screamed when I hit the link and saw that file. This has been posted before with the same question. Another designer and I helped the OP PhotoShop it to use like you want. Search the forum for either my posting nick or DVD Case.
