Need help figuring out screensaver

When i try to download a screensaver the computer tells me i need to choose an application to run the screensaver. Can anyone explain to me what i'm doing wrong please! And i also need help downloading Adobe. It wont allow me to install the program.

for the screensaver's logo (I'm assuming you can locate in the Finder... if it's downloaded to the Desktop or a Downloads folder, etc.)... does it look like this?

what is its file extension? if one isnt showing, click once in the icon, and hit command + i. make sure the Hide Extension box isnt showing
