Need help finding one of my buttons TRUST ME ITS WERID!

ok well i just bought a external hard drive so im trying to make my itunes work with it and my last step is to Consolidate itunes but i cant because i cant find it yes i know its under Advanced>Consolidate itunes but i cant find it for some reason here is a pic of my itunes
NOTE: THIS IS A PC RUNNING WINDOWS XP AND iTunes is up to date v8.0.1

Apple moved a lot of things around in this version.
