Need help fixing my dock, i used dock doctor spacer and ruined it !

I used dock doctor to edit my dock and i did too many clicks on the spacer now it looks ruined and smaller. Ill post a photo so u guys can check it out. I tried other software to restore factory setting but nothing worked so far.
