alright, so i found a program that can convert all of my mpeg videos. should i convert them to mpeg4 video files? because if so, its really not working. what other file types would work here?

They need to be .mp4 files either:

1. Encoded in H.264 with Baseline profile (I don't think there's anything besides QuickTime Pro that can do this yet)
Max res 320x240
Max video rate 768kbps

2. Encoded with MPEG-4
Max res 480x480
Max video rate 2.5mbps
 
Might I also add that there is another thread on this page related to thes very topic! People need to search harder.
