Need help getting OFFICIAL podcast artwork

Hi. I subscribed to a few podcast on my mbp. Most of the times the podcast artwork shows up on my itunes, but for a few they do not.

I have searched for ways to get the official artwork, but could not find a way to do it. I read that I can find the artwork image on google and the put it in myself, but the problem with that is that many of the artwork that I find online has poor resolution.

Is there a way to fix this problem without installing a program?
