Need help guys

My daughter has just made an iMovie fitness video for college but we can't seem to send the file any ideas how to compress or whatever it's saying the file is too big we've changed the settings from hd to sd but it's still to big any ideas would be helpful please

Try to uploaded it into the cloud or through a filesharing service.
You won't be able to send a video as an attachement no matter how much you compress it.

i personally just use dropbox or google drive. Mega is supposed to be good and also rapidshare.
