need help how to fix wifi on 3gs

I jailbroke my iPhone 3Gs with spirt (I jailbroke mulitiple times trying to fix this problem), my wifi works, ie I can browse the internet, iphone can pick up wifi signal but Cydia says "Unable to Load. The internet connection appears to be offline" I can't add any sources either, so I can't unlock my iPhone. Any help is appreciated

will Cydia work over 3g for you? most of the apps on there aren't that big so it wouldn't take long on a 3g connection. other than maybe try restoring and starting from fresh so it doesn't load any of the problems back.

It will work on 3g but doesn't work on wifi I already try to restore but itune wouldn't let me
