Need help identifying a Steely Dan band member

Who is the red headed lead singer in this video?!!?

I have searched all over Wikipedia and there's no mention of him.

I'd be eternally grateful if you can identify this magnificent singer.

Trouble with that video is that the audio (from studio album release) has been dubbed over a live performance. But anyway:

Donald Fagan sang on the studio release of Do It Again, which is who you can hear on that YouTube clip. The singer with the red hair is actually David Palmer.

WOW!! I had know idea. That's some excellent detective work Blue Velvet.

I like the studio version WAY better!! That live version with David Palmer at the microphone
is nowhere NEAR as good as the studio version where Donald Fagan is singing the song.

Is there any video footage out there showing Donald Fagan singing the song?
