Need Help: iLife 09 Media Set?

Forgive me if I have placed this thread in the wrong forum as I am new.
I was browsing the internet looking for a cheap iLife 09 for my Macbook. I came across a thing called "iLife 09 Media Set". It didn't give me any clear indication of what it was? I have a feeling it is an update or something for users of iLife 08, but I am most likely wrong. Heres the link to one of the media sets:

nope. its content to USE with iLife. You're not going to get it for less than $79.

The iLife Media set is the physical disks for people that have the Family License.

The Family license has a key so you can't just buy the media set and install it thinking your getting a cheap version.

In otherwords . You can install it but it will ask you for the Family Pack license key.
