Need help in impoprting .rwz files to MAC mail

I recently configured mac mail, I want to import rules from Microsoft OUTLOOK .rwz file into Mac mail. please help.
If i can't do that, Please help with the following.
If you have group alias mail id, how to create a rule to send all the mails from the people from that group to one folder.
