Does your TV have HDMI or VGA inputs? I connect mine to my Sony Bravia via VGA cable with the Apple Provided Adapter (forget what the heck it's called).

Edit: I use this:
Mini DisplayPort to VGA Adapter

You need a Mini Display Port to Video adapter from eihter Apple or monoprice.com, or mini Display Port to HDMI adapter , if your TV supports that.

In the end it depends on what kind of inputs your TV has.

Why is that not a Sticky or on the front page of the MacBook/Pro forum? Am I blind?

You'll need a Mini Display Port > to > Whatever your input is.

I'm not sure what else is out there, but you might have to get a Mini Display Port to DVI adapter and then a DVI to HDMI cable to hook it up to your TV.. depends on what input you're using on your TV.
For the audio you'll need a 1/8" to RCA (or maybe 1/8" to 1/8" depending on the audio input of your TV).
