Need help iPhone 3GS 6.1.2 stuck in recovery mode

Hi,
I have 3gs on 6.1.2 [6.15.00] stuck in recovery mode needs to be activated.
And also have saved shsh for 4.1 and 6.0.1.

Need some help before doing anything to myself. I have Googled a little bit, and found couple of posts. But, trust the devs in this forum more.

Create a custom firmware of iOS 6.1.2 with the latest version of Sn0wbreeze. Then put your iPhone in PWNED DFU MODE (follow instructions in iReb which is included in Sn0wbreeze) and restore the custom firmware with iTunes.

Does it work on BB 6.15.00, or do i have to downgrade the BB to 5.13. I tried to add ultrasn0w in 6.15 but it doesnt work, i mean the unlock.

The latest version of Ultrasn0w supports BB 06.15.00

For MacOS you can use PwnageTool that works in the same way of Sn0wBreeze.
