Need Help iPhone not showing recent calls or VM

I have a iPhone 8Gb 3GS, it's running 4.0.2 in the last 2 days it's stopped showing recent calls made and voice mails.

Even if I miss a call when I unlike my phone and go to call back the number has gone.

Has anyone come across this. The phone has been running a jail break for over 12 months and had no issues like this..

Just restore as new, that ought to fix it. I would upgrade it also.
