Need help iTunes home sharing (new to this)

I have two computers (PC and Mac) and just got the Apple TV 4 K 3rd generation. I’ve installed iTunes on my PC and enabled Share my library on Home local network so I can stream files to my Apple Tv 4Kfrom my PC. Works just fine, the question is, there are several other people in the house with PC and iPhone who use iTunes. Can they access my iTunes home sharing library anytime or would they have to install iTunes with my Apple ID?

It looks like all devices must be signed in to the same ID.

I created a separate AppleID just for home sharing.
You can configure HS on all of your apple devices with an ID different from the owner’s default (aka iCloud/Appstore ID).
