Need help iTunes on MBA and iPhone purchased from amazon

I bought some music from amazon and downloaded the amazon player on my Macbook air and got the music on my macbook air iTunes, but how do I get the songs on my iphone 5.

I used the same Apple ID on my iphone and MBA to buy apps.

I also want the songs to be on my wifes iphone, the difference is that she uses my apple id to buy apps and music but uses a different icloud id to backup.

Any suggestions
