Need Help! (iWeb sites deleted)

I have a huge problem on my hands. I was fooling around with iwebbuddy and trying to get it to update to my saved iweb site. Somehow it deleted my iweb sites from iweb entirely. I still have all my files saved but i can't seem to open them up in iweb now. Someone please help me.

iWeb handles files a bit oddly. It stores your entire site in one "file" in your Library > Application Support > iWeb folder (not at a Mac so those folder names might not be the exact names, but their close enough to figure it out). The files it exports are not actually readable by iWeb itself. Do you use Time Machine? If so you can restore the iWeb file from it. Otherwise, I'm afraid I don't know how to help.

nm i got it - found the old domain file in the trash. Replaced the domain file in my iweb folder i have been publishing to and it came up.

Woah that sucked.
