iPod touch Need Help Jail break.

Ok so i bought this i touch 8GB from a friend she said it is jail broken but its messed up i guess because it frezzez when i go to installer. or like setting it just freezes randomly what should i do?

You probably need to restore the iPod, and then if neccisary, re-jailbreak. If you need instructions on how to jailbreak, use google. If you can't figure out how to jailbreak your iPod, I suggest you don't do it.

yeah i was thinking i should just resest my whole touch then try to jail break it my self how can i do that

Connect the iPod to your computer, and cancel the sync process by clicking the little grey "x". Then click restore and wait 30-45 minutes for it to download the firmware and install.
