Need help jailbreaking and unlocking 3gs on iOS 5.0

So I have the 4s and my friend is on T-Mobile. I want to jailbreak and unlock the 3gs and sell it to him so he can use it. What is the easiest way to do this? I searched the forum and couldn't find anything so sorry if this has already been asked. Thanks for any help!

You would have to install the iPad baseband in order to unlock. By doing this, there is a chance the radio in the iPhone will be permanently disabled.
