Need help jailbreaking EDGE iPhone to 3.1.3 (iTunes 10)

I have a the original iPhone that I'm having trouble jailbreaking.

It currently appears to be on 3.1.3, but neither pwnageTool nor QuickPwn will jailbreak and activate it. In it's current state, the phone is on the 'Plug into iTunes to activate' screen. The problem is, I use USCellular as my service so I need it unlocked in order to activate it.

Note: I'm using the latest version of iTunes 10.

Anyone have ideas?

redsn0w doesn't recognize the firmware for some reason. Every time I select 3.1.3 for it, it says it doesn't recognize it.

Oh, its because it was never updated to recognize 3.1.3
You gotta download and point it to 3.1.2 even though you have 3.1.3 installed on your phone.
