Need help keeping audio tracks and trying to burn mkv

I have a movie "My Neighbor Totoro" and it's main audio is in Japanese but I want to be able to choose on the dvd whether or not to have the audio track in Chinese, English, or Japanese. Like when you're watching a dvd on the playstation 3 all you have to do is press "triangle" and you can choose audio tracks.

The .mkv file already has 3 audio tracks to it. I just need to burn it to dvd and keep the audio tracks.
