Need help loading photos onto SD card

I have a digital picture frame with many picts on it already. I am wanting to add some more picts. There is space available. I can't copy for one folder on my desktop to the SD card. I tried to copy from IPhoto and Aperature, but they don't copy either. What can I be doing wrong? Can someone help me? Thanks.
 
Thx for the views, but I solved the problem the easy way. I turned on my HP windows 96 and just transferred all over.
