need help, macbook pro 17 making weird noise

I have a early 08 penryn mbp 17 inch and whenever i play warcraft or scroll through text i get a loud buzz comming from my mbp. I know some people will reply saying its the fans but know, i know when the fans come on and what they sound like.

This is more of a buzzing sound, I can not play any games in my school library because of this damn noise lol.

should i send it back to apple so they can try to repair it, also whats my chances of getting a new comp " have applecare" so should i just wait till its about to run out then send it in.

you wont get a new comp, if your sure its not the fan then it sounds like a hard drive error to me, what hard drive do you have, 7200 RPM?
