Need help making bootable windows usb

So I need help making a bootable usb for windows. The catch is that I need it to be bootable for a new build I am making. Any ideas? Not installing in bootcamp.

As stated, if you have the ISO you can create a bootable Windows installer on a USB flash drive or even a DVD if an optical drive is available.
