[NEED HELP] MBA 2013 kernel panic

Hello. Today I have faced up with serious issue. Got two kernel panics, touchpad freezed and baam kernel panic. I have copied log and maybe anyone had something similar? Is it software or hardware issue?
MBA 2013 13" Yosemite latest freshly installed.
