[Need help] MBP late 2011 auto downclocks 1333 RAM to 1067

Hi everyone,
I possess a MBP late 2011. It was showing two 1333MHz 2GB RAMs correctly.
Recently due to my work, I've replaced the default RAMs with 2 new Kingmax 1333MHz 4GB. Now it shows 8GB memory (in total) but only 1067MHz (each one). I wonder what the problem is and how to fix it.

You should physically check the Model Numbers on both sticks and check on the internet if they are really the frequency they say, might have two different frequency inside and it will set it to the slower one.

I suggest returning the RAM and replacing it with something else that has a better chance of working. There are quite a few options from Crucial, Corsair and g.skill. Look through the reviews on newegg or Amazon and see what other Mac owners are reporting.
