Need Help: N80, 6233 or K800i on Three

I'm wanting a new phone (Selling my new V3i iTunes phone)

I've decided on either the N80, 6233 or K800i, on Three UK.

What I want to know it:

1. Are the phones big
2. Worth it
3. Whether Three's software cripples them
4. Which is the best out of the 3
