need help obtaining windowclock from 10.4

hi all sorry if this has been done before but i did a search and couldnt find what i was looking for.

i want to have the old desktop clock from 10.4 on my 10.5 macbook. i want to follow the instructions listed here: http://www.macosxhints.com/article.php?story=20071111053947248 but i need a the "windowclock" file. Any idea of where i can get this??
