Yeah....so I listed my iPhone 3G as US only and of course some guy from Costa Rica [yeah..right..] with 0 feedback snatched the winning bid in the last minute.

Is there anyway to not accept his money and sell it to the real bidders with feedback and history?

Refund the money or contact eBay 800 #?

Make sure you put USA only in your ad. No international shipping.

You could've set up your auction such that those with zero feedback cannot bid.

Theres a refund option in paypal(click the link that shows you the detailed payment info, look for refund link), just put reason as whatever.

Then in Ebay, click on your auction, and there should be a "Second Chance Offer" that you can click on that will let you offer it to one of the lower bidders that tried winning your auction.

Take his money via PayPal and ship it. Otherwise, call Ebay.

Not always safe. Same thing happened to me when I listed my 3gs. Some idiot with no feedback wanted me to ship it overseas. I just ignored him and relisted.
