Need help on purchase ...1489$ for 2013 mbp15..or 1699$ for 2014? refurbs

I need a laptop for my upcoming online mba program and the mobility..ill be using this computer intensively for at least 3 years..

Should I save 200 bucks and get the 8gb mbp15...or spend the extra and get the 16gb? Will future OS 8gb be too little? thats my main concern.

I dont run too many intensive programs...(not gfx designer or anything)..maybe VM ware..im in biotech..the simple browsing..mild gaming..excel/office...online courses..etc..

advice opinion? I can wait as my online courses dont start until may..but man does it suck not having a laptop right now..(recently turned in work laptop for desktop refresh at work).

thoughts? im just worried aboutt he 8gb ram..

Having more ram is a good thing to have but it isn't really needed. For 200 more dollars definitely get the ram.

I chose the 2014 refurb. $200 for an extra 8GB RAM and a small processor boost is a decent deal since you won't have that option later.
