Hi guys I really need a step by step guide on how to restore my iphone 4s to factory settings. I have tried methods on other threads but it cant work. Firstly my os is 5.1.1 , itunes 10.7 , I put it in DFU mode using redsn0w and i tried to restore with the ipsw. I tried several times getting different errors (21,1600 and 3194 ) respectively.I would really appreciate alot if someone could help me out thanks (;

Just connect it to itunes and click update. It wiill update to ios 6, and remove the jailbreak..
It won't restore to factory settings though.
If you want a completely restored phone, just click restore instead. That will download the update and restore to a new phone.

But i already tried that method i got a error 21 ,1600 ,3194 when its at the stage of verifying restore from apple :(

You dont put it in DFU mode or any thing.

1)Make sure you have latest itunes
2) click update/restore.

Thats it.
No need to put in DFU mode, no need to download a separate IPSW to point to. nothing.
