Need help please!

I have hacked my iPhone 4 before on limera1n.com, I hacked it an had it running on Cydia an everything. Then i took it off my phone an i UN-JAILBROKE my phone. I really want to get it back on my phone an re-jailbreak it but i can't seem to do it, i have tried many diffrent sights and it wont re jailbroke, it gives me the message ever time saying your iphone has been jailbroke or whatever but it never works! please someone help me. and im 15 so please dont use words i wont understand...haha im not to techy.
