Need help posting a video

I am trying to post a video to youtube, and I think the video needs to be reiszed. How do I do that? Am I able to do this from IPhoto?
 
do you have ilife 08? if so imovie will post directly to youtube.

if not you can resize video by exporting it with quicktime to the new size/format.
