Hi guys,

I have some apps running on startup, even when I've marked them to be "hidden on startup" in the "Login Items" under my account-settings...

I've got about 10 apps running, that I don't need ! To name a few:
ZumoCast
VLCStreamer
Air Video Server

Where else can I disable these ? Tnx !!

You delete them from the Login Items list by selecting them there and clicking the "minus" button, as the "Hide on startup" checkbox is only there to actually HIDE applications.
You can also right click on Dock items and (de)select to OPEN AT LOGIN.

System preferences.

Wow, that is really concrete. It seems the OP was already there, otherwise s/he wouldn't have mentioned the part about "Login Items".
