macOS 10.15.1 and Reminders 7.0
I accidentally deleted all (over 1000) tasks in one of my Reminders lists (it was actually a list of books, read and unread). I do have a Time Machine backup from 2 hours before the deletions, but I can't figure out how to restore the list from Time Machine.
I identified the folder ~ > Library > Reminders as having Reminders data and I restored the folder from TM. Then, when I open Reminders all 1000+ books are in my Book list! Hurrah! But, within about 20 seconds all of the items in the Book list self-delete!
I used EasyFind to identify every file/folder with "reminder" in the filename that had been modified after the accidental deletion (e.g., com.apple.reminders.plist) and used TM to restore each of them as well as the Library>Reminders folder and experienced the same auto-self-delete.
So, if anyone can give me a good pointer on how to get the restore to "stick" I would appreciate it!
