Need help restoring iPhoto library

I accidentally deleted my entire iPhoto library when organizing my Pictures folder the other day- emptied the trash and everything. All my photos are gone and I haven't found an easy way of getting them back. I know there are programs out there that help you restore deleted files, but being in college, it's not too feasible for me to throw $100 towards a program. So, if anyone knows of any free programs, that'd be awesome. Also, I have an iPhone and I don't know how to get photos off of it that aren't in the camera roll, however, I'm aware the iPhone shrinks the files so I wouldn't be getting my full-res pictures back, but I can deal. I'd rather have the pics back at low quality than having none at all.

So if anyone can help, I'd be extremely grateful!!

I think senuti can restore photos as well as music. Anyone care to back me up on this?
