Need Help Ripping Blu Ray TV Shows

Hi,

I've tried searching and googling with now clear answer. What's the best way to rip episodic tv shows from blu ray onto my mac mini? I don't care about transcoding since I only plan on keeping a few seasons at a time so space is not an issue. I use plex and makemkv. The problem I run into with makemkv is that I do not know what episode is in which order. Can someone please let me know the best way to figure out which episode is which? Thank you in advance.

When I've done it, I can't recall MakeMKV ever showing the episodes out of order. Everything I've ripped with it has had the episodes in order.

Barring that, watching the first few minutes of the rip with VLC will generally confirm it, provided the episodes have a title screen of some sort that can be compared with thetvdb/wiki/etc.
