I am having trouble with scanning things to my mac from my hp photosmart c4200 series all in one printer. The printer has been working fine but when I try to scan it says the usb cable is disconnected?

I am also having trouble locating the uninstall feature for the software that came with it so I can reinstall it? spotlight is no help at all...

I have a C5180 all-in-one, and I started to experience some connectivity issues after I insalled Leopard.
I solved them by removing the old software, then installing the latest one available from HP website.

This is my first attempt at uninstalling a program on leopard and I cannot seem to find the application to uninstall? Spotlight is no help. Sorry to seem dim but can I get some advice to uninstall?

Thank you very much. I got it working with the download.

Still trying to figure out the uninstall thing though...

How to uninstall HP all in one Software

In your Applications folder there should be a folder named "Hewlett-Packard", and inside it there should be an application called "HP uninstaller".
Launching this one will uninstall the HP softwre you have installed.
