I have a new iMac w/ 24inch screen. I accidentially dropped my notebook on my keyboard than all of a sudden the monitor coloring turn different. It look like a phote negative on the coloring. I tried restarting and shutting down but it did nothing. Whatever buttons it hit it changed all the coloring on my monitor. The best way to describe it, is that it looks like a photo negative but with color. a persons face looks all white with white eyes, very freaky stuff. Can anyone help?

You can disable this and other annoying Universal Access feature such as Ctrl+Scroll zooming way in by going to "Keyboard Shortcuts" in Keyboard & Mouse in System Preferences and unchecking everything under "Universal Access."
