need help setting up web sharing

ok, i have a new airport extreme base station, and i can't get it to port map port 80 so i can share my website.

i don't have a static ip address. but i don't think i need it. (hopefully)

when i try to enable "share a public ip address", i can't get the right range of ip addresses. (you have to enable this to get the NAT settings)

for some reason my dsl router uses 192.168.254.254, instead of the usual 192.168.1.1

any help would be appreciated
