Need help shrinking an animated gif please

I am looking to change my avatar to something animated.

I would like to use any one of these (choices in order but any one fo them would be fine)
1. This one is just fine and one of the smaller ones.
2. This one is cool but kinda big.
3. This one is the smallest and may be the easiest to shrink.

I tried to use them all as is and the forum software would not shrink it for me, not that i really expected it to anyway.

If someone could help me out with this it would be great.

Use an art package like Photoshop and change the resolution on the animation, that should shrink the file size down.

The only other thing is to look at each frame and try to decide if you get away with deleting any, without destroying the smoothness of the animation.
