Need help suggesting MacBook please! 🙏🏼

Hi guys.

New here. I’m switching my ecosystem to Apple. Currently I use iPhone 12 Pro Max and have just got the new iMac 24 M1 for home.
I need one for work and was thinking MacBook Pro. Didn’t get announcement at WWDC so was quite gutted.

I was planning either MBP 14 or 16 and will use it for travel and also work connecting it to screen at work.

I use for work mainly and don’t do much video editing etc although may use once in a while really maybe. Should I just go for MacBook Air M1 now that’s available or am I better off waiting for the new MBP which I hope will be announced soon.

If the iMac handles all your work stuff fine. So will the MacBook Air.

No need to spend more money than you really need to. The M1 MBA can easily take care of your workflow.
